The menu is a gastronomic journey beginning with canapés and bubbles, followed by fresh oysters with Williams pear jelly, pan-seared scallops & creamy risotto, Snapper fillet with almond & cinnamon crust, grilled venison & black garlic, and a finale of Valrhona chocolate & preserved grapes – all expertly matched with certified organic, Hans Herzog wines.
